A Double purpose combination unit to serve hot food during peak hours. Bain-Marie with heavy top, water tank with round or square vessels. Hot-case with outer body stainless steel, inner casing aluminium, both sides insulated sliding doors, with good quality air heaters thermostatically controlled. Could be fabricated as per customer’s requirements.
